The company has its roots firmly planted in both training and software development with the management team holding national reputations in their respective fields and was built with one focus in mind –
'To bring rich, interactive multimedia training systems to a mass audience’.
We believe passionately that trainees and learners in any organisation should have the right to access relevant, targeted training events in a manner that compliments their individual learning styles.
We also believe that organisations have the right to maximise their training budget and not have to pay for training that is irrelevant to the development of their staff.
Our aims are simple:
- No company should spend money they don't need to;
- No trainee should have to sit through a 3 day training course for a single nugget of training delivered in the last hour of the final day.
- No employee should have to wait weeks or months for the "next scheduled course" before they can get on with their job;
- All staff should be able to access the training they need where they need it - not in another city, not in another country.
